RFP submissions may include validated PDF, DOC, DOCX, or TXT supporting documents. Consultation and Support forms do not accept attachments. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials through the Website.

We use submitted information to review and respond to requests, provide or discuss services, communicate about an existing relationship, and maintain records reasonably necessary to operate our business.

Form delivery and retention

Website form submissions are routed to the appropriate Vestra contact address and may be logged or retained as needed to respond to the request and maintain business records. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law.

When configured, we use Matomo analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Website and improve its content and performance. If you subscribe, we collect your email address, optional name, consent timestamp, subscription status, and source to send requested Vestra updates and manage subscription records. Newsletter communications are optional and must include an unsubscribe mechanism. Service and transactional communications are separate from optional marketing/newsletter communications: submitting a Consultation, RFP, Support, or other form does not subscribe you unless you explicitly select the newsletter opt-in. We do not use Wappointment on this Website. This policy will be updated if implementation details materially change.
